And I would say separating the two is extremely important especially during ownership transition - like from father to son. I&#039;ve personally witnessed a son take over a company with absolutely zero leadership skills.  Luckily, the father had setup a great management team to keep the business operating smoothly during the transition and for years to come.]]></description>
